With the large-scale application of automated equipment and AI intelligent systems, an increasing number of workers are facing unemployment.Middle-aged workers, who are at a competitive disadvantage compared to younger people, are the greatest victims of this wave of unemployment.
To protect the rights of vulnerable groups and promote human civilization's progress,we have initiated and advocated for the"Middle-Aged Labor Protection Project"(MALPP).Through this initiative,we hope to prevent a large number of middle-aged workers from losing their jobs.
We require that at least 30% of the employees hired by participating manufacturing companies be over the age of 45. This will ensure that these companies are willing to hire more middle-aged workers. In return, products manufactured by these companies can bear the MALPP tag. We will educate consumers about the significance of this plan and encourage them to purchase products with the MALPP tag, ultimately protecting the employment rate of middle-aged workers. This will help to stop the rapidly worsening middle-aged employment crisis in developing countries.
At the same time,we will establish a comprehensive review mechanism and annual audit system to ensure that participating companies strictly protect the rights of middle-aged workers. Companies that violate the rights of middle-aged workers or fail to meet the requirements will be removed from the program to ensure thatconsumer goodwill is upheld.
